To start working with your social media, you need to create brands first. A brand is a series of social networks that belong to the same group. Meaning, one brand encompasses all the social networks (one profile per social network) for the same business. To add other social media profiles, you’ll have to add another brand.
How to add brands
Depending on the plan you signed up for, you can create and manage more than one brand on our platform. This will be useful for social media managers with several clients, marketing agencies, and individuals with more than one personal brand.
- Start by clicking the ‘Add a brand’ button to create your first brand. Use the same button to add additional brands when you need them.
- On the next screen, you can enter the brand’s name and check your current limits.
As Administrator, you can give all subaccounts with manager rights access to the SMM module and its contents (brands). This enables them to work with those brands right away (and to create new ones) without wasting time connecting social media accounts.
Subaccounts with manager rights are still unable to delete brands created by Administrators, but Administrators can edit and delete any brand created by a subaccount user. Additionally, you can also allow subaccounts with client permissions to view your brands (without the ability to edit them in any way).
Note: Ensure that you update your subscription regularly to avoid the deletion of the added brands and associated data.
How to connect social media accounts
You must link the social media profiles you work with to our SMM module. First, you select one of the brands you created, then connect the required accounts to it. Now, here’s how to connect social media networks:
- Select a brand from the drop-down list at the top of the page.
- Go to any section of the module and select the networks to connect. If you go to ‘Settings’, you will be able to manage not just connections but also brand settings.
- After connecting your business’s social media to the platform, you can start working with them.
