Issue resolved: Inaccurate Positions in Rank Tracker

Description

The changes recently introduced by Google affected our ability to identify positions on some SERPs, resulting in incorrect rankings being reported.

September 11 00:00 GMT – September 17 16:15 GMT

Impact

Positions collected between September 11-17 may have been affected. As of September 17 16:15 GMT the problem is fully resolved and correct data will be populated after the next scheduled update. Unfortunately, we don’t have the means to correct the data collected between Sep. 11-16.
