Purchasing a subscription from the trial account
To upgrade the free trial to a paid account, log in to your account and go to the Subscription page.
By clicking “Buy a subscription”, you are prompted to select a package.
Choose the product, check frequency and subscription period. Click “Buy now” to proceed to the Checkout page of our billing partner 2Checkout (formerly known as Avangate).
You have the option to pay either as a Person or as a Company using the business name.
To avoid paying VAT – choose to make payments as a Company and add the VAT ID into a separate field.

After purchasing a subscription plan, the trial account will be deactivated.
Upgrading a subscription
You can upgrade your plan at any time and only pay the difference between the packages.
To switсh your subscription, go to the Subscription page and click “Upgrade a plan”.
Choose the new plan, check frequency and subscription period. Click “Buy now” to proceed to the Checkout page of our billing partner 2Checkout (formerly known as Avangate).
The final price to be paid can be found on the Checkout page. When choosing a new plan, the usual subscription price is indicated.
If you need to downgrade a plan, you need to wait for your current subscription to expire since the paid amount is not refundable. Or contact our Support for more assistance.
Renewing a subscription
To renew a subscription plan, go to the Subscription page and click the corresponding button.
If you do not extend the subscription plan within 60 days, the data in the account will be deleted.
When making a payment, there is the option to toggle the checkmark to enable/disable auto updates. The email about the auto-renewal that includes instructions on how to cancel your subscription is sent 7 days before the renewal.
To disable auto-renewal, follow these instructions.
Canceling a subcription
You can disable automatic billing in your 2Checkout account. Username and password were sent after the first payment, if you don’t remember your 2Checkout account password, please reset it. If you need assistance with billing details or any other questions do not hesitate to contact our support team. Email notifications about upcoming renewals are sent to your email 7 days before each renewal and they also contain instructions on cancelling automatic billing.
Invoices are available in the 2Checkout billing account that is created automatically once the first payment goes through. Select “Software Buyer” in the menu and proceed to your personal billing account with all the payment details.
The login details are sent to you after the first payment. If you don’t remember your 2Checkout account password, please reset it.
