Cancel your main subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Go to Billing > Current plan.
- Find your active plan and click Cancel subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation on the next screen.
Important: On the confirmation screen, make sure you filled in the required fields and clicked the final confirmation button to complete the cancellation. If you select “Nevermind”, the process will be aborted and the subscription will remain active.
After you cancel, auto-renewal is disabled immediately. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, then expires automatically.
Please note:
- Disabling auto-renewal for your main plan also cancels any add-ons purchased as part of a bundle with that subscription.

To verify whether your add-ons were purchased in a bundle or
separately,
go to the Invoices page.
- If all items appear on a single invoice, they were purchased together as a bundle and will be canceled with the main plan.
- If an add-on has its own invoice, it must be canceled individually (see the next section).
Cancel add-ons
If you purchased any add-ons separately (for example, Additional Keywords, Content Marketing, or Local Marketing), each one must be cancelled individually.
To cancel an add-on:
- Go to the Billing page.
- Locate the add-on.
- Click Cancel or disable Auto-renewal for that add-on.
Once canceled, the add-on remains available until the end of the current billing period.
You can re-enable it later if needed.
Cancel your trial
SE Ranking’s free trial does not renew into a paid subscription, and you will not be charged when it ends.
The trial expires automatically, and once the trial period is over, your access simply becomes inactive.
If you want to check your trial status:
- Go to Billing.
- Find your active trial.
Delete your SE Ranking account
Canceling your subscription does not delete your account.
If you wish to remove your account permanently:
- Log in and go to Profile Settings.
- Click Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
Important! Deleting your account is irreversible: all associated data will be permanently removed. More details can be viewed here.
FAQ
Q Will I lose my data right after canceling?
A No. Your access remains active until the end of the paid period. After expiration, your projects remain stored for 60 days but stay inactive until you sign up for a paid plan again.
Q Do I need to cancel each add-on separately?
A Yes. Add-ons purchased separately must be canceled individually. Only add-ons purchased together in a bundle with your main plan are canceled automatically.
Q Can I reactivate my subscription later?
A You can sign up to any available plan at any time and continue using SE Ranking whenever you are ready.
