How to bulk import keywords with tags, groups, and target URLs

Step-by-Step Instructions

To bulk-import new or update existing keywords including their groups, target URLs, and tags, please follow these simple steps:

1. Create a CSV file

In the first line, add column names using semicolon ( ; ) as a separator. Make sure it's saved in UTF-8 encoding. Use only these column names:
• Keyword - your actual keywords
• Group - keyword group (optional)
• Target URL - target page for the keyword (optional)
• Tags - tags to assign (use commas to separate multiple tags) (optional)

Please note: The column order doesn’t matter, but the names must match exactly as shown.

2. Upload file

1. Go to your project settings
2. Open the "Keywords" tab
3. Click "Import keywords"
4. Choose "Import from a CSV file"
5. Select "CSV/text with additional columns" format
6. Upload your file

Please note: Keywords that already exist will remain unchanged in terms of history and rankings. Only the new tags, grouping, and Target URLs will be updated.
