How to start using Planable
Key details and limitations
You can purchase and manage a Planable subscription directly in SE Ranking as an add-on, with unified billing and seamless access between the two platforms.
Availability: This option is available to users on new SE Ranking plans who don’t yet have a Planable account.
How to purchase Planable
- Go to Profile & Preferences > Billing > Current plan.
- Scroll down to the Planable plan and limits section.
- Click Start free.
- In the pop-up window, review the Planable Pro details and pricing.
- Click Add to SE Ranking Plan to complete the purchase.
Once purchased, Planable is added to your SE Ranking subscription and billed together with it.
What happens after purchase
- Your Planable Free account is automatically created and activated.
- You can upgrade to Planable Pro as part of your SE Ranking subscription.
- Planable appears as part of your unified billing in SE Ranking.
How to start using Planable
After purchasing:
- Navigate to Planable from the SMM section or from the confirmation pop-up.
- You will be logged in automatically, so no separate authorization is required.
- You can start creating workspaces, posts, and collaborating with your team right away.
Please note: when switching from SE Ranking to Planable, you are logged in automatically using your SE Ranking account. You don’t need to create or remember separate credentials.

Key details and limitations
- Only Planable Pro is available as an add-on.
- Pricing is based on the number of workspaces.
- The number of workspaces is managed on the Planable side and automatically updates billing.
- Some add-ons, such as Social Inbox or Analytics, must be purchased for all workspaces.
- Subscription management, including billing and invoices, is handled in SE Ranking.
- This feature is available only to users who do not already have a Planable account.
