How to cancel an add-on on an annual plan
Cancel add-ons
If you purchased any add-ons, such as Additional Keywords, AI Search, or Content Marketing, or any others separately, you will have to cancel each one individually.
This is what you need to do to cancel your active add-on subscription:
- Go to the Billing page.
- Find the add-on you want to cancel.
- Open its details, then click Cancel or disable Auto-renewal for that add-on.
- Repeat the previous steps for all other add-ons you want to cancel.
Note: After cancellation, add-ons remain fully usable until the end of the current billing period. You can reactivate your subscription later if you choose to.
Add-ons purchased separately vs. bundled with your plan
If you purchased an add-on separately from your main plan, you can cancel it yourself—see the steps above. If your add-on came bundled with your main plan, it's tied to that plan, meaning you won't be able to cancel it manually. In that case, reach out to our support team, and they'll take care of the cancellation for you.
How to cancel an add-on on an annual plan
If you're on an annual subscription, add-ons like Content Marketing, Additional Keywords, and the AI add-on aren't cancelable manually. You'll see them listed as active, along with whether auto-renewal is turned on and how long they're valid.
