This article covers the mechanics of setting up your agency account: managing users, sharing projects, user seats, and the Agency Pack.
How to manage users
This feature is available to the account owner or a manager who has been granted permission to use it.
Open the Users page in your account to manage user access to projects, check what a user sees when they log in, and adjust settings and permissions.
To add a new user, click the Add user button. You can choose between two user types:
- Manager: can view and add information to your account
- Client: can only view information
After selecting the user type, enter their first name, last name, email address, and password.
In "User permissions," select which tools are available to this user. This is useful when certain tools don't apply to a user, or when you want to prevent a user from overusing your limits.
You can also grant a manager the right to manage account access, which lets them create new accounts and projects and manage user permissions.
In "Account limits," set usage limits for the tools you've enabled for this user, and choose which projects will be accessible and visible to them.
To give a user access to a specific project, select that project:
User seats
Every subscription plan comes with a set number of user seats. You can increase this limit by upgrading your plan or purchasing additional seats.
To do so, go to the Subscription page and either click "Upgrade a plan" or click "Extend the limit" next to the user seats limit to buy individual seats.
How to share a project
By default, a project is only available to the person who created it, whether that's the account owner or another user. The account owner can change this by granting other users access to that project.
To do this, open the user's access menu and select the projects you want to share with them.
You can also click "All projects" to grant access to every project in your account. Once shared, those projects become visible to the user, and managers can edit them too.
What is Agency Pack?
Agency Pack is an add-on built for agencies that want to share access with multiple clients. It gives you 10 client seats, and you can assign each client specific permissions and invite them to your account. More details on the Agency Pack page.
