A Audit reports are created based on the default report template. Having a subscription plan with White Label allows you to customize it via the Templates tab in Report Builder.

Once you are in it, open the default template’s settings to add the logos and company name you need. If the list of templates is still empty, create a new one, and it will be used as the default template.

A To send your report on a schedule, you can activate the corresponding option in its settings and specify the following parameters for sending: frequency (daily/weekly/monthly), day of the week, and time of day (including time zones). You can also add up to 5 recipient email addresses. To save these settings, click the “Save” button in the top right corner of the page.

A Not from the interface. The report’s structure, widgets, schedule, and recipients are kept after deletion, but the generated PDF/HTML/XLS file is not. Contact support as soon as you can. After a restore, the file has to be generated again.

Deleting a project doesn’t delete its reports, but permanently wiping a project removes them for good.

A Go to Report Builder → Scheduled reports, select all, and click Delete. Pausing works only one report at a time, from each report’s action menu.

To keep new projects from sending reports, turn off Scheduled reports in the project’s general settings. Email notification settings don’t affect scheduled reports.

A No. Guest links of a paused project stop opening. The link itself is kept, so it works again once the project is resumed. Guest links of deleted projects don’t work.

A No. Report Builder and Analytics & Traffic show only events marked as key events in GA4, plus standard traffic metrics. Events such as click or form_submit can’t be shown unless they are marked as key events in GA4.
